The term, human resources, HR for short, simply means people. It is the study of service, focus, and emphasis being on the needs of people at work in any industry, even ministry. HR PRINCIPLES IN THE BIBLE combines media lecture, coaching labs, and online discussion forums to give the doctoral student an opportunity to study where human capital practices, concepts, and core values are demonstrated in the Word of God.
