Does insight and courage make a leader? Yes, but what is the mark of great leadership? It’s not just about standing up when no one wants to or about how many people you are above. It’s about using yours and others potential to make changes around you, and finding the strength, courage, and heart to do so much more. COACHING FOR COURAGE uses reading lectures, coaching labs, and discussion forums to challenge us to become great leaders by pushing us further than what we ever thought was possible.
